As a certified forest therapy guide with a forest and a lake to utilize, I lead people on nature inspired walks. Using invitations during the walk allow ones' senses to engage in nature in ways they may have forgotten being in the cyber office. Finding the happy inner child allows for reaching new heights in personal growth. There is no right or wrong in being in nature, just what feels right for you right now. Art therapy is also offered along with reiki, yoga, gemstones, intuitionists, massage therapy and much more from special guests. Also offering virtual walks and nature scenes.
